If the delivered product is different from the details of the application
Please contact us within 8 days after receiving the product. We will replace it.
If there is dirt or damage
Please contact us within 8 days after receiving the product. We will accept returns if there is significant damage considered to be caused by shipping or product damage caused by handling during shipping. If the package is dirty, dented or damaged, we will take action after confirming the symptoms.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations after shipment.
Please note that clothing products cannot be returned if any of the following conditions apply.
If the item has been used, washed, cleaned or altered
If there is a smell of incense, perfume, cigarettes, etc. at the customer's place, or there is dirt, scratches.
If the product tag or label is damaged, missing or removed
If the product condition at the time of return is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery (including packaging box and accessories)
If there is a sale
